Vacation Bible School '06: Game Day Central

We had vacation bible school at church this week. We had lots of fun.

Mommy taught our class again. This was our room. It was shaped like a soccer field and a locker room.

One of our favorite rooms was the craft room. Mr. Brett and Miss Wendy always do something special and this year was no exception. They made a hockey rink out for us to do crafts in.

In the background, you can see our friend Kaitlynn and her daddy. They normally don't come to our church, but she was able to visit with us for the week.

We had a closing ceremony on Thursday night. We got up and sang songs. We also raised money during the week for an orphanage in the Dominican Republic (that's the picture on the screen).

T-Ball

T-Ball and soccer season are well underway in the Twin Cities. Here are some pictures from tonight's t-ball practice from the bleacher seats along the first base line.

My team is the Cheetahs. Our soccer team is the Dolphins.

My Big Boy Bed

On Friday night, we finally went shopping for a big boy bed for me. On Saturday, Daddy went to Costco and bought me one.

Here's a picture of me and my crib prior to us disassembling it.

We had to take my aquarium off as well. There's no place to hang it on my big boy bed.

Ben and I thought it was fun that we turned the crib into a day bed.

Here we both are on my new big boy bed.

It's been really fun sleeping on it.

The Mad Tea Party

It's official. I got sick too, last night. And curiously, it had nothing to do with me spinning my daddy too fast on the Mad Tea Party.

Our Trip to Disney World

We went to Disney World with Grandma Diane and Grandpa Tommy last week. We got there on Monday and got settled in.

On Tuesday, we went to Downtown Disney to get the party started. We saw a big tinker toy structure outside of the big toy store.

And we met one of the 101 Dalmatians at the pet shop.

Then we all had our pictures taken with the Winnie the Pooh gang.

There were a lot of cool LEGOs. In fact, Ben got some as souvenirs.

We went to the Disney Boardwalk area for dinner that night. It was pretty cool. Ben got a Mickey cookie and Cameron got an ice cream cone and we watched a guy do magic tricks on the boardwalk.

The next day we went to the Magic Kingdom. It was awesome.

We met Mickey Mouse, Zurg and Pluto.

Then, Cameron got sick and started throwing up. Mommy and Daddy took him back to the hotel and I stayed on with Grandma and Grandpa. We went on a lot of rides and met Woody and Jessie from Toy Story.

Daddy came back and we went on more rides until we nearly closed the place down.

We got home to give Cameron his Mickey from Aunt Mee and Uncle Dale just before he went to sleep.

We stayed by the pool on Thursday so that Cameron could feel better. It was fun too.

On Friday, we decided to go to Disney MGM Studios. Mommy was sick on Friday, so we left her at the hotel.

They had Star Wars Weekends in June, so it was awesome. We met Jedi Mickey first thing.

We also met Chip and Dale.

There was lots of stuff from movies there. Some of it we recognized. Some of it we didn't.

We also got to go to Playhouse Disney Live on Stage, which Cameron really enjoyed.

It was a fun week, despite all of our illness.
