My Surgery

Today, I had surgery on my ear and on my head. They did a fat graft onto my eardrum and they cut a nevis (a nasty mole) from my head. Here are some photos from the day.

Here I was, first thing, in my hospital issued PJs.

Here I am after I woke up.

They even labeled Cowie Wowie so that we wouldn't misplace him.

Thanks for all of the cards, balloons, flowers, calls, etc.

Cameron

Walking with Dinosaurs

We took a break from the moving chaos to go to see Walking with Dinosaurs at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

We got there a little early, so we walked by the river and saw these neat posters on the side of the arena.

The show itself was really neat. It went from time period to time period and talked about the different dinosaurs that where there and how they battled for food. These were some from early times.

During the intermission, we walked around and took these pictures of the cathedral and the capitol.

After the intermission, they started with the pterodactyl.

It got a little gruesome.

Eventually, they got to the T-Rex, which was awesome.

Hail Storm!

We had a little hail storm last night. As you can see here, it piled up in a hurry.

It also took down a lot of leaves from trees and shredded our plants.

The lawn also looked pretty silly, covered in ice.

And we were quite surprised when we went out back and saw the back patio!

The insurance adjuster is coming tomorrow, so we'll know the extent of the damage then....

My Last Day at Joyful Noise for the Summer

Today was my last day at Joyful Noise for the summer. We put on a program for our guests. Here are some pictures from it.

Then I got to go on the stage and I gave my teacher a big hug!

We walked off stage and took a class picture too.

Then we went back to my classroom and took this picture with Mrs. Auer and Mrs. Anderson.

We also took these pictures with Grandma Diane and Grandpa Tommy. One is silly and one is serious. Can you tell which is which?

Field Day! @ Weaver Lake

Today was also my Field Day. Like Cameron's, it really is a chance to run around. Daddy came to watch my field day. We started our field day in the gym. First we played with a big parachute and did some running and tagging games.

Then, we went to the other gym and had an obstacle course. Here I am starting to run the course, getting ready to jump over one obstacle and under another.

Then we had to sit on little scooters and scoot.

Then we had to bounce the ball five times.

Then we finally had to sit on the circle to end the race.

We also went outside and did some racing too. My favorite was the 50 yard dash.

UPDATE: Here is a picture of me with the ribbon that I won!

Field Day! @ Joyful Noise

Today was my field day. That means, we go outside and run around and have fun. Mommy even came and helped run the events.

Here I am waiting in line.

Here I am running in the race.

Now, I am racing my tractor.

I'm not sure what I was doing with my tongue here.

Finally, here is my teacher, Mrs. Auer, in the sack race. She rocked!

A Visit from Hayden

Hayden came to visit this past weekend. Here is a funny picture of her eating a cupcake. It sort of left a cupcake beard on her.

Cameron's Fieldtrip: Como Park Zoo

I went on a fieldtrip today too, just like Ben! Instead of going to the farm, I went to the zoo and instead of Mommy coming with me, Daddy did!

Daddy took me and my friend Caden around the zoo. Here we are on the big tortoise, just like Ben and Nathan last year.

Then we saw lots of animals, like lions, zebras, and giraffes.

By the end, we were pretty tired. Well, I was anyhow.

Cameron
