We did a science experiment at home. We learned what dissolves in cold water and then in hot water. We also tested the Ph of all of our new concoctions.
Our results: Everything dissolved in water eventually, except pepper. Baking soda took a bit longer and a bit warmer water. Citric acid was an acid and baking soda was a base. Everything else had a neutral Ph.
