Field Trip to French Park

Card Marking Day at MOA

We had the day off of school and so we went to Mall of America to play on the rides!  It was a lot of fun.  Ben, Cameron, and Daddy even went on all of the roller coasters, even the one that goes upside down.

A Visit to Grandma Martha: Stop 2 - Sertoma Park

We were coming back from dinner on our first night in Sioux Falls and Dad saw a sign for Sertoma Park Butterfly House. While the butterfly house was closed, the park itself was amazing. It had a play area for each one of us. One of the neater features was a giant Eagle's Nest. Here is Ben on top of it.

My First Soccer Game

Today was my first soccer game. The "Dolphins" (that's us) lost 3-1 to the "Storm Clouds."

I played goalie a lot. Please note that all of the goals against us were scored when someone else was playing goalie.

My First T-Ball Game

Tonight was my first t-ball game. It was a classic matchup of the Cheetahs (that's our team) versus the Bulldogs. We were a split squad tonight, and apparently not all of our team found the field (?).

We started the evening with introductions, just like at the Metrodome!


On my first at bat, I got a hit!


Then I made it to second and gave the crowd a big wave.


It was easy sailing to third...


And then I scored the first run of the game!


Cameron conducted business on his cell phone the whole time.


Officially, the game was a "tie," but Daddy stopped and got us McDonald's treats anyhow.

Pirate Ship Park - First Visit in 07

Last night, we were supposed to visit some friends, but they were sick. Instead, we went to Pirate Ship park. It was our first visit this year.
