My Last Football Session

Today was my last football session. You might recognize my coach, Tracy Henderson, as one of the referees from Ben's games. He was recruited by Michigan, played at Iowa State and then went on to the NFL to play for the Giants and the Chiefs.

Anyhow, here are some action photos from my game.

Yet More Football!

In my football clinics, we split into teams and play games. Here is a great action shot from my last "game" when I was running back.

Even Ainsley was excited for me. Or maybe she was just enjoying her Jimmy Johns...

My First Football Game

Tonight, we had our first football game - the Lions (us) against the Bears (them). Unlike the real Lions vs. Bears game, we won!

PS: I am #9.

Our First NFL Game

We've been to a lot of sporting events, but until today, we had never been to an NFL game in person. Our friend Grant got us some tickets and Daddy took us downtown to the Metrodome to watch the Vikings take on the Seattle Seahawks in pre-season action.

Sports Camp

My four week sports camp ended today. Daddy took some pictures of me, but the light in the dome isn't great and us kids don't stop moving. Here I am working on my lacrosse game.

And we also worked on our t-ball swing.

We also worked on football and soccer.

At the end, I received a medal!

Maple Grove Crimson vs. Andover Huskies

Last night, we went to see the Maple Grove Crimson play the Andover Huskies. Normally, we would cheer for the Crimson, but Daddy works with a guy who's son plays for the Huskies. So, we cheered for the Huskies instead. The Huskies ended up winning the game in overtime, 24-21.

Here is a picture of the sign I made to cheer for Jeff - he is #6 for the Huskies.

Saturday Afternoon Football

Every Sautrday during half time of the Michigan game, we go outside and play our own game of football in the front yard. Here are some highlights.

Ben going deep for the pass.

Daddy handing off to Cameron.

Cameron taking the ball and powering up the middle.

Cameron celebrated his and Daddy's victory with one of our home grown tomatoes.
